Can you train both line staff AND engineers?

Yes — different curricula. The line-staff track is workflow-shaped; the engineer track is harness-shaped. Same materials don't work for both.

How long does training stick?

It sticks as long as you keep the champion network funded. We design the cadence so champions hold monthly office hours after we leave.

Do we get the materials?

All of them — slides, videos, prompt libraries, eval sets. Branded as yours. You can rerun the curriculum next year for new hires without us.

What about red-teaming?

We run a live red-team session in week 4–5 with the champion network. After we leave, they run it quarterly, and we provide updated attack libraries on the Managed AI Stack engagement.
